WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Acts as the overall office assistant and facilities coordinator.
  • Duties include scheduling office resources, facilitating mail/shipments, maintaining office supplies, performing purchasing (P-CARD), organizational and clerical support, scheduling, writing copy, word processing, receiving/greeting guests, and handling other general administrative duties.
  • Organizes and maintains common areas.
  • Performs general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizes travel and coordinates office events, as necessary.
  • Reviews current processes and identifies improvement opportunities.
  • Completes personnel onboarding tasks such as electronic I-9 Employment Verifications, Personnel Action Notices, onboarding briefings, and monitors/tracks personnel onboarding to completion.
  • Assists in creating and updating standard operating procedures for the office and programs.
  • Monitors compliance with corporate requirements.
  • Maintains organizational charts.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • HS/GED, 0+ years' experience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office software.

LOCATION:
  • On Customer Site.

US CITIZENSHIP:
  • Required.

DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Position may require lifting objects (e.g., IT hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (e.g., plugging in cables), and other moderately strenuous activities.
  • Self-starter who is motivated, shows initiative, and learns quickly.

  • Ability to create and maintain sustainment documentation.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $15.52 - $17.25. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
