Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Lakewood Health Systems
Position type: Full-time, benefited, 0.80 FTE
Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings: This position will primarily work in a Home Health setting.
