We are seeking a trained Flexible Notary Public to join our team. Responsibilities: Administer oaths/affirmations. Perform acknowledgments. Conduct verifications on oath or affirmation (jurats). Witness or attest signatures. Note protests in limited circumstances. Certify or attest copies, including tangible copies of electronic records. Perform other duties as provided by law. Qualifications and Skills: Must be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent; must clear a background check. Notary Public certification; completion of education and exam is mandatory. Notary Bond required ($10,000, 4-year term). Experience notarizing loan documents. Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills; detail-oriented.
