**Location:** Irwindale, CA
**Schedule:** M-F 8a-4:30p
**Pay:** $24-$27/hr
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and support a team of Biller/Collectors
+ Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections
+ Contact patients and insurance (Medicare, Medi-Cal, commercial) to resolve unpaid accounts
+ Work with payers to fix claim issues and gather needed info
+ Use EPIC system to manage accounts
+ Ensure compliance with government billing rules
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma minimum
+ 3+ years working with Medi-Cal and Medicare billing and collections
+ Experience with professional claims
+ Strong knowledge of government payer guidelines
+ EPIC experience
+ Previous leadership experience in revenue cycle or billing
