Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Washington, DC team. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating on-site promotional activities, and assisting with brand communication efforts to ensure each project reflects our mission of delivering strategic, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional events.

• Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, handouts, presentations, and client-facing documents.

• Help coordinate brand displays, on-site campaigns, and event setups.

• Assist with internal communications and client communication preparation (no media or press outreach).

• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
