Key Accountabilities Lead/coordinate daily quality support troubleshooting daily concern items to achieve quality, cost and delivery targetsPerform and coordinate root cause analysis for quality concerns - documenting and reporting the results for continuous improvement through the use of sound engineering theory and technology to improve running characteristics (SEQDCM)Support line side trial runs during new models to ensure quality and delivery is achievedLead collaborative meetings with Quality Staff to understand daily concerns with customers/suppliers of all levels & capabilitiesCommunicate and present monthly KPI items showing continuous improvement to overall quality of Mission Assembly Work with production, new model, product development and Mission Assembly Engineering to ensure balanced processing occursBuild mutually beneficial relationships with customers and suppliersDevelop, manage and execute Business Plan activities in a timely mannerDevelop Quality Staff skills and competencies to improve overall department quality skills set Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelors Degree in Engineering (e.q. Mechanical, Electrical) or related equivalent experience2-8 years of experience based on educationKnowledge of: Microsoft Office, AutoCad 2D & 3D, SolidworksSkill In: Presenting, written communication, organizational skillsWorkstyle 15% Office environment & 85% Production Floor implementing projects and/or countermeasures1-2 day trips approximately 3 times per year.
