✔️ Greet and assist prospective residents with a smile
✔️ Tour and showcase our apartments like a pro
✔️ Process applications and lease agreements accurately
✔️ Stay sharp on market trends and support marketing efforts
✔️ Build community vibes and strong resident relationships
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Leasing experience? Awesome. No experience? We’ll train you!
✅ Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tech
✅ Strong communication — both spoken and written
✅ Positive, people-first attitude and a collaborative spirit
