Our Washington Pressure Washing division specializes in residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including siding, roofs, driveways, decks, fences, and more.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for leading crews on job sites, operating professional-grade equipment, and ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead pressure washing crews on residential and commercial projects.
Operate power washers, soft wash systems, surface cleaners, and related equipment.
Safely clean siding, roofs, driveways, walkways, patios, fences, decks, and other exterior surfaces.
Apply cleaning solutions properly and responsibly.
Train and supervise crew members on equipment use, safety, and job site standards.
Communicate with customers on-site, ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Maintain vehicles, trailers, and equipment in proper working order.
Follow company safety protocols and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience required: Minimum 2 years in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or related field.
Leadership experience or the ability to supervise and direct crews.
Knowledge of power washing and soft washing techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not required.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and communication.
