We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cancun Resort. Responsibilities include: Completes maintenance and facilities tasks from work orders. Conduct building rounds and maintain proper records and documentation. Repairs boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans, electrical and A/C (air conditioning) equipment. Install and repair electrical apparatus Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment. Set up and operate machine tools such as grinder or drill to repair and fabricate machine parts. May be required to do other duties What are we looking for? A minimum of three (3) years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or related field is required. Ability to obtain the following Licenses & certifications within 90 days of hire: Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification.
