We are currently seeking year-round, full-time Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. This position provides steady employment throughout all seasons — landscape maintenance in the spring and summer, fall clean-ups and holiday décor installation in the autumn, and snow plowing/salting and décor removal during the winter months. Pay

  • $19.00 – $22.00/hour starting pay, with opportunity to increase up to $25.00/hour with leadership positions.
  • Premium hourly rate for snow plowing during the winter season.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License (Required).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Landscaping and hands-on experience preferred; horticulture degree a plus.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong time management, job planning, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the industry.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heavy snow and ice.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials regularly.
  • Comfortable working at heights — holiday décor installation often requires use of ladders and roof work.
  • Ability to load/unload vehicles and safely transport equipment and materials to job sites.
  • Clean and professional appearance.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Willingness to work in a smoke-free workplace.
  • High school degree or GED required.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Spring–Summer (Landscape Maintenance):

  • Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, mulching, pruning, planting, and general clean-ups.
  • Assist with installation of seasonal enhancements such as garden beds and plantings.

Fall (Clean-Ups & Holiday Décor):

  • Complete fall clean-ups including leaf removal, pruning, and site preparation for winter.
  • Install holiday décor in late fall and early winter including lighting, wreaths, and seasonal displays at residential properties.

Winter (Snow, Ice, and Décor Take-Down):

  • Safely operate snow removal equipment including trucks with plows and snow blowers.
  • Perform manual snow removal and apply de-icing materials.
  • Be available 24/7 and on-call for snow events throughout the winter season.
  • Respond promptly and reliably to snow events, which may include nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Assist with holiday décor removal in January and February, including work on ladders and rooftops.
  • Maintain safe job sites and follow all safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to all weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, Saturdays as needed during peak seasons.
  • Winter work requires 24/7 on-call availability for snow events.
  • Overtime available.
