Skills Required

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Extensive experience speaking, and facilitating meetings, with various levels of stakeholders including end users, developers, business analysts, and various level of Management Experience with using or developing various ITSM platforms

– Experience using collaboration tools (MS Teams) and Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.

– Experience with developing RFIs, RFBs and RFPs

– Understanding and experience in Agile Development methodology as the platform chosen will be enhanced / maintained using Agile Development principles and methodology

Experience Required

– 2 years within the last 3 years providing IT and software consulting services in general and specifically for ITSM platforms and supporting initiatives of comparable scope and complexity.

– 2 years within the last 3 years experience of being a consultant / Project Manager of large ITSM System initiatives for private or public organizations with 500+ user base

– Experience with different methodologies including: Implementing Lean Six Sigma Processes / Project Understanding of DevOps methodology

Education Required

– College degree (B.S. or B.A)

– ITIL v4; certification level of ITIL Managing Professional or ITIL Strategic Leader

– Currently certified Project Management Professional PMP

– Lean Six Sigma; certification level of Green Belt or higher

– DevOps Methodology
