Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and servicing existing accounts by offering tailored property and casualty insurance solutions. You will prospect, assess client needs, present appropriate coverage options, and ensure client satisfaction and compliance throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Assess individual and business insurance needs, and recommend suitable P&C products such as homeowners, auto, renters, commercial property, and general liability insurance.
• Prepare, present, and close insurance proposals in alignment with agency guidelines and client needs.
• Maintain and grow a book of business through effective relationship management and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure appropriate coverage at competitive pricing.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and agency standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, carrier products, and local market dynamics.
• Participate in agency marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Arizona.
• 2+ years of sales or insurance experience, preferably in P&C lines.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with personal and commercial P&C lines.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.
• Existing book of business or local market connections highly desirable.
