We are in search of a proficient and seasoned Construction Insurance Estimator to become part of our team. Your role will involve supporting our dynamic team by creating submissions, estimating costs, and providing comprehensive takeoffs for construction ventures. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of experience in construction estimation along with exceptional communication and project management abilities. Apply now to join us. • Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
• Examine specifications, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole
• Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers
• Inspect the construction site to collect the necessary client requirement information
• Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Xactimate and Symbility
• Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital
• Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills are necessary
