We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Job Summary and Qualifications:
As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will receive access to a designated senior-level mentor for training, best-in-business marketing analysis, and lead generation mapping. This is a fully commissioned role operating on a 1099 contract, allowing you to take ownership of your success. If you're a self-starter with a passion for helping others, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a positive impact in your community.
What you will do in this role:
⦁Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients.
⦁Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients based on trust and integrity.
⦁Travel within your market area to meet with leads.
⦁Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services.
⦁Complete administrative duties related to contracts and client management.
What qualifications you will need:
⦁Insurance license is preferred but not required.
⦁Must be 18 years or older
⦁Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.
⦁Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
⦁Self-motivated and able to succeed in a fully commissioned 1099 role.
⦁Previous sales or insurance experience is preferred.
