Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant

ROLE IMPACT
In this role, you’ll drive key revenue growth by converting landlord prospects into signed lease agreements. As an Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant, you’ll manage the entire sales process—from initial outreach to final contract—leveraging warm leads and a structured approach that maximizes your earning potential. Your work directly supports strategic leasing goals and contributes to the company’s success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound landlord inquiries
• Quickly build rapport, identify decision-makers, and advance conversations toward closing
• Present and negotiate lease terms clearly to secure agreements
• Accurately draft, review, and submit lease documentation
• Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions and agreements
• Conduct research to verify lease data using internal platforms and public records
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–2 years of outbound, commission-based sales experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive phone presence
• Ability to multitask and follow structured sales workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• High school diploma or equivalent
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• VoIP calling platforms
• Internal sales tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in call centers or high-volume customer contact roles
• Demonstrated success meeting sales targets or earning commission
• Familiarity with real estate or leasing industry practices
