The **Infrastructure Archive Operations Analyst** role is responsible for executing support activities related to Compliance and Discovery platforms for Electronic Communications and managed services provided by 3rd parties. Citi has regulatory responsibility for archival, hold and retrieval of electronic communication content to support compliance, legal and other investigative requirements. The role is responsible to monitor in a daily basis the operation of the infrastructure, KRIs, reconciliation process, manage the hardware inventory and coordinate and request as needed network maintenances, give technical guidance to business users, and ensure security in coordination with the engineering archive team and managed service vendors. This role is within Archive operations team within Messaging and Firmwide Services as part of Foundational Services and Digital workspace Cloud services. **Responsibilities:** + Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services, and to drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service. + Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary + Responsible for overall operating system applications + Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision, and exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. + Daily-basis review the operational and reconciliation matrix for Archive ingestion, monitoring jobs, capacity and any other statistics to maintain safety and soundness of the regulatory Archive services. + Be able to be in communication with main stakeholders of Archive services to provide guidance, or technical assistance if needed. **Qualifications:** + 5-8 years of relevant experience in an Operations / Engineering role. + Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication + Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices + Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills, and ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams + Ability to work independently, prioritize, take ownership of projects or initiatives, working under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements **Education:** + Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience + Any other candidates can be considered as the previous experience before. **Technical Requirements / Technologies used:** + MO365 tools, Exchange Server, Network basic concepts. + Digital Safe, Enterprise Archive, Voyager. + Service Now, JIRA, Agile methodologies. **Certifications:** + Any Microsoft Exchange certification (recommended) + Digital Safe or Enterprise Archive Analyst / Administrator (desirable) + Scrum analyst. ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Technology ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Systems & Engineering ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Irving Texas United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $96,400.00 - $144,600.00 In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
