Job Title: Industrial PM
Location-Type: 100% Remote (CST & EST Preferred)

Compensation Range: $55-65 Per Hour W2

• The estimate above represents the candidate's typical compensation range at the time of hire. Several factors may be utilized to determine your hourly rate including but not limited to years of experience and specific skillsets compared to employees in this role. Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range. 
• This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility. 

Must haves:

• Skilled in Industrial Automation, Electrical, electrical engineering, Process control systems, Oil & Gas
• Allen Bradley experience
• Manage a significant amount of projects in the control systems
• Most of the staff is running 25-30 projects at any given time
• 4-5 years of experience of PM experience
• Uses Azure DevOps as a tracking tool for their projects
• Microsoft products
• Definitely wants prefers someone coming from a larger company
• Someone who was programming and in an engineering role that transitioned into a PM that was doing the hands-on work would be IDEAL
• Wastewater would be a nice-to-have

Day to day:

• Managing 25-30 automation projects at one time. Managing contractors for mostly SCADA systems for wastewater at landfills is the bulk of it.
• The SCADA includes the electrical design systems.
