Assembler - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** Assemble intricate components such as catheters used to prevent aneurisms in a cleanroom environment, primarily using a microscope and small hand tools. Pay rates vary based on experience and performance in assessments and interviews, with potential raises after three months and upon permanent hire. **Responsibilities** + Assemble small parts such as coiling wire and tubing using small hand tools. + Work extensively under a microscope to ensure precision. + Adhere to strict attendance policies allowing only one absence and one late within the first 90 days. + Maintain a high standard of quality and performance to be considered for permanent hire. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in working under a microscope for extended periods. + Experience with cleanroom assembly processes. + Ability to use small hand tools effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior cleanroom or manufacturing experience is highly desired. + Open to entry-level candidates who pass the hand assessment test. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive benefits including full medical coverage for you and partial coverage for your immediate family once permanent.
