Job Description

This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage multiple jobs.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with current and potential clients to ensure services are being met and exceeding their expectations.
• Work on projects from conceptual to close-out.
• Coordinate with building owners, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal Sr-leadership/Project Management team.
• Manage schedules, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI’s.
• Build effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects.

Requirements:

• Title 24 and OSHPD knowledge.
• 4+ years of Project Management field experience working on large commercial hvac projects: schools, hospitals, airports, high-rises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction or similar.
• Strong technical skill set working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen/Accubid among others are a plus.
