Human Resources Officer As Human Resources Officer, you help ensure our greatest asset—our people —are valued and motivated to thrive. You play an important role in fostering an inclusive workplace culture and cohesive environment that drives organizational success. Help shape the future of the company by cultivating talent, championing employee wellbeing and engagement, and impacting strategic initiatives that touch on all aspects of the employee life cycle from hire to retire.
Responsibilities Talent Acquisition - Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure role alignment.
- Administer and configure applicant tracking system to support efficient hiring workflows.
- Create compelling job postings and build talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
- Manage internal job postings and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support onboarding, reboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Train new supervisors on effective interviewing and selection practices.
- Leverage data to optimize hiring strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with SVP, CAO to develop and implement employer branding strategies that reflect our culture, values, and employee experience across internal and external platforms.
Employee Relations & Compliance - Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Address workplace issues and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Assist with engagement efforts including surveys, data analysis, and action planning.
- Use insights to support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to create and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Assist with HR policy development, compliance, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and reports within HCM system.
- Serve as backup for payroll processing and participant in key HR projects.
- Stay current on HR laws, technologies, and best practices.
Benefits Strategy & Wellness - Partner in shaping competitive and cost-effective benefit programs aligned with employee needs and business goals.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all benefits communications and digital collateral.
- Support employee education efforts around benefits use data to drive engagement and plan improvements.
- Design and implement wellness initiatives to support physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Track program success and suggest enhancements based on feedback and results.
Qualifications - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and HR best practices
- Situation adaptability: successfully shift gears as new developments and competing priorities arise - balancing routine tasks, urgent action items, and long-term projects
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+years of experience in a human resources role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired
