TeamBuilders is recruiting for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join an excellent company in Fresno, CA.

Position Overview:

As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture and performance of our organization. You will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and compliance. The Human Resource Manager opportunity is being offered on a full-time, Direct Hire basis. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the company offers an excellent benefit & competitive salary package up to $115K yearly, depending on experience in addition to a fantastic team-oriented work environment.

Essential Daily Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager to Include:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. Collaborate with department Managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a healthy and collaborative work environment that promotes open communication.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, provide guidance on employee development, and ensure fair and effective evaluations. Support leadership in setting clear performance goals and providing constructive feedback.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes to mitigate risk.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and execute programs that enhance employee engagement, advancement, wellness, morale, and retention. Lead initiatives to promote a positive company culture and ensure alignment with company values.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth. Identify opportunities for professional development and create pathways for internal mobility.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Partner with senior leadership to review and refine compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and fairness within the industry.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze key HR data to make informed decisions and continuously improve HR strategies. Track turnover, retention, and other key performance indicators.

Key Qualifications of the Human Resource Manager:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources Management role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus).

Required Skills of the Human Resources Manager:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, California labor laws, and compliance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
