Job Description

Baptist Health & Rehab , a Cassia community, is hiring Housekeepers  to join our “best of the best”  team.  This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting.  No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success.  

As a  Housekeeper at  Baptist Health & Rehab , you’ll help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents, staff and visitors by performing routing cleaning throughout our facility.  Your attention to detail and pride in your work will play a key part in ensuring our residents feel comfortable and at home.

Position Type:  Full-Time

Shifts Available: 
7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Wage: $17.40+ per hour depending on experience

Location: 3400 Nebraska Drive, Bismarck, ND 58503

Housekeeper Responsibilities: 

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, day room and dining room, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing and trash removal.  
• Launder resident and facility clothing, including folding, labeling and distribution to resident rooms.

Housekeeper Qualifications:  

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred; we will train you!
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.
