Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance on Heavy Equipment, diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with Heavy Equipment, diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
• Conduct inspections to identify faulty parts or components that need repair or replacement
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose problems accurately
• Repair or replace defective parts, hydraulics, hydrostatic drives, brakes, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of diesel engines and Heavy Equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of diesel engine Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
• Experience with HVAC systems in diesel Heavy Equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems in heavy equipment

REQUIREMENT:

• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN SET OF TOOLS

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift - FULL TIME
• Monday to Friday
• Work Location: In person

PAY:
This position starts at: $25/hr. - $35/hr. (Depending on your experience level)
