Become an EXpert as a Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing team and create visually engaging materials that elevate our brand presence and support marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who combines strong creative instincts with technical proficiency and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality visuals for websites, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media channels.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with strategic goals and brand guidelines.

• Create graphic assets for both digital and print use (banners, presentations, infographics, brochures, etc.).

• Work with motion or interactive design when required to enhance user engagement.

• Optimize designs for performance and responsiveness across different devices and formats.

• Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in visual communication.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time with a strong eye for detail.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within digital marketing or technology environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and visual storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and how design impacts user experience.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.

• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and creative problem-solving mindset.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) — able to participate confidently in design discussions and present concepts to international teams.
