We are currently seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist at ICON, you will be integral in shaping and delivering impactful learning and development programs that drive employee growth and organizational success. Your role will involve designing innovative training solutions, facilitating development initiatives, and ensuring that learning strategies align with business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing: - Designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development programs that meet organizational needs and support employee growth.
- Conducting thorough needs assessments and collaborating with department leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Facilitating engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online, to enhance employee skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to ensure programs remain relevant and innovative.
- Providing coaching and support to managers and employees, guiding them on learning opportunities and career development paths.
Your Profile: - Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced certifications in learning and development or instructional design are beneficial.
- Significant experience in designing and delivering learning and development programs, with a strong track record of creating impactful training solutions.
- Proven ability to conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and utilizing data to drive improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and inspire a culture of learning.
- Must have previous monitoring experience; Lead CRA or PM experience preferred
- Must have training experience; program level trainer preferred (including development of new training tools, providing program training at a regional or global level)
- Must have experience with Quality oversight (ie: supporting audits; providing training/re-training based on audit findings)
