Responsibilities:
- Compile each client’s financial information to determine financial goals, financial status, cash flow, and financial expectations
- Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
- Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
- Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
- Conduct financial consultations with clients to assist them in defining their financial objectives and creating personalized financial strategies.
- Present a variety of financial services and products, such as retirement planning, wealth building, investments, college savings, and insurance options.
- Provide clients with education or financial tactics and industry best practices to ensure comprehension of available choices.
- Establish and maintain enduring client relationships, regularly checking in to monitor their advancement towards financial targets.
- Engage in continuous training programs to enrich financial expertise and capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Current professional license CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, is required
- Excellent math skills, relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucial
- Program proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is preferred
- Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital
- Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential
- Must be authorized to work in the United States, have a U.S. phone number, and a valid U.S. residence.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus.
- Must have the ability to learn and understand state and federal regulations that affect the financial industry as a whole.
- Job seekers must already have or be willing to get licensed in the financial sector.
