As the Executive Assistant to our client, Nick Sansone,  you’ll be his right hand, handling what matters most: time, communication, and momentum. 

This role is fast-paced and ever-evolving. It’s ideal for a seasoned Executive Assistant who’s operated at the highest level of leadership support. You must be someone who has worked with demanding founders or CEOs, managed complex calendars, navigated shifting priorities, and has an understanding of the nuance required to support a high-performing, high-speed executive. You don’t just keep up—you anticipate, adapt, and elevate. You know how to protect time, hold boundaries, and make space for a visionary to do their best thinking.

You are a confident self-starter with good communication skills and a competitive spirit. Your values keep you focused on the big picture in stressful moments. The EA lifestyle is embedded in the core of who you are, and you’ve mastered your craft. You want to help someone who’s out to change the world—and you’re humble enough to do it from behind the curtain. When working in partnership with you, a leader will be able to pass the baton with confidence, knowing that you will take things to the finish line.

• Establishing accountability and providing clear direction to the leader while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Master calendar management across multiple time zones, clients, and meetings
• Booking travel and coordinating high-touch personal and professional experiences
• Create and implement systems to develop a structure, including a rhythm of communication that’s light but effective.
• Interfacing with key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
• Incorporating AI tools to enhance internal operations.
• SOP development and documentation
• Creating solutions for personal and professional needs
• Working in an autonomous environment and tracking your productivity 

Compensation Details:

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

LOCATION SPECIFICS.   
This is a remote position; the candidate must be willing to work within all time zones.
