We are hiring Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistants to support community outreach campaigns and nonprofit marketing events. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals interested in building experience in event promotions, brand awareness, and public engagement .
As part of our team, you'll help deliver in-person events and outreach efforts that support nonprofit organizations and socially responsible businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, materials preparation, and on-site logistics.
- Promote client brands at events by interacting with attendees and answering questions.
- Share nonprofit missions and campaign goals with the community.
- Represent the agency and its clients in a professional, respectful manner.
- Gather feedback and observations from event participants to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required – paid training is provided .
- Comfortable speaking with members of the public in various settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
