We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. This role involves assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events that support our clients' branding and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support event planning and logistics for promotional campaigns and brand activations

  • Assist in setting up and breaking down event materials and displays

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful event execution

  • Engage with attendees to communicate key brand messages and gather feedback

  • Maintain accurate records of event performance and participant engagement

  • Contribute to post-event reporting and continuous improvement efforts

  • Ensure all events reflect the brand’s image and messaging standards

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, promotions, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings when required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project tracking tools
