We’re hiring a motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to support the launch of exciting new client campaigns and bring high-energy promotional events to life. What You’ll Do:

• Represent top client brands at live events, retail activations, and experiential marketing campaigns
  

• Manage event setup, logistics, and breakdown while ensuring smooth operations
  

• Interact directly with consumers to build brand awareness and customer engagement
  

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement campaign strategies
  

• Help select and organize branded marketing materials for maximum impact
  

• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a strong brand image
  

Requirements

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  

• Positive, professional appearance and outgoing personality
  

• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  

• Comfortable working in both team settings and independently
  

• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
  

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
