We are currently developing a new class of TAVR designed to mimic the performance of a healthy aortic valve. The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness will play a key role in strengthening our global leadership and organizational capabilities. This leader will drive initiatives that enhance team cohesion, learning and development, performance and culture, change agility, leadership effectiveness, and organizational design.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, acting as a program leader and trusted consultant to HR and business leadership. The Director will help elevate global team performance during times of rapid growth and change, with a strong focus on developing leadership capabilities across the organization.
Success in this role requires the ability to operate seamlessly at all levels. One moment, you might be mapping career paths for hourly production roles or launching engagement survey reporting; the next, you're facilitating executive team offsites, leading org design workshops, or delivering global leadership development programs.
