Job Title: Director of Corporate Security Sales

Location: Denver, CO or Remote

We are looking for a new Director of Sales for Corporate Security Solutions who is obsessed with bringing the Kaseware solution to our potential private-sector customers. Our customers use the Kaseware product for critical work in both public safety and corporate security, and it is our mission to make them incredibly successful in their job. That’s where you come in. You will manage the complete sales cycle for our Corporate Security vertical, and eventually a team to help you with it, in a manner that ensures the customer is properly set up for success with our solutions.

Job Type: Full-time, exempt

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase the Kaseware platform's configurability and value, translating complex technical features into clear benefits for diverse clients.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: The role demands comprehensive management of the entire customer acquisition lifecycle, from initial opportunity generation through to revenue realization.
  • Complex Opportunity Management: The Director will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of opportunities varying in scale and complexity, ranging from routine SaaS projects for 20 system users, to enterprise private-cloud deployments for Fortune 100 companies with over 5,000 system users.
  • Extensive Document Production: A core responsibility involves the creation and delivery of detailed sales materials, including proposals, RFP/RFI responses, contracts, presentations, and technical documentation tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
  • Negotiation of Legal Agreements: The role necessitates the negotiation of various complex legal agreements, such as Master Service Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, and varying Service Level Agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Frequent Travel: Regular travel to customer sites for sales activities is a requirement of the position, to include international travel.
  • Consultative and Solution Sales: Conduct discovery/qualification, consultative sales processes for large and complex customers with varying requirements.
  • Detailed Documentation: Meticulous record-keeping and documentation within the company’s CRM and contracting systems is essential.
  • Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing sales team to expand our global corporate security market presence.

Required Skills:

  • Management Consulting: The most effective selling of our platform is done by those who have experience in Management Consulting roles
  • Personal Drive: Strong drive, ambition, and motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Detailed Documentation: Meticulous record-keeping and documentation within the company’s CRM and contracting systems is essential.
  • High-Value Deal Closure: The role requires a proven ability to consistently close six- and seven-figure deals with extended sales cycles.
  • C-Level Communication: Expertise in communicating with C-Level executives of Fortune 100 companies is a must.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent use of discovery techniques and have fully developed consultative-sales, insight-selling & solution-based selling methodologies.
  • Time Management: The role demands the ability to manage time effectively and work outside of standard business hours as needed.
  • Public Speaking and Presentations: Outstanding skills in providing presentations as well as written and oral communications.
  • Technological Expertise: Mastery of operational technologies used at Kaseware such as Salesforce, Jira, Monday.com, Office Suite, etc. 

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ Years of experience in a Management Consulting role
  • Large SaaS Platform Sales, minimum of 5 years, with preference to experience in corporate security sales.
  • Proven experience selling through both direct B2B and competitive RFP processes with references available. 
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota, with references available. 
  • Public Speaking and complex presentation preparation and delivery, with references and available 
  • Utmost integrity, drive, ambition and being a self-starter 
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, effectively and passionately with other team members with references available 
  • LowCode / NoCode system configuration experience, 2 years 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Knowledge of Cloud Service Providers, Network Infrastructure, API’s, and common coding languages
  • IT or Agile Project Management, 1 year 
  • Operational and/or Sales background in Law Enforcement or Corporate Security markets 
  • Current or prior U.S. Govt. Security Clearance
