Associate Digital Producer

Location: New York, NY (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Duration: ongoing contract

Pay rate: $35-$38/hr

Role Overview:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and creative individual to support an in-house advertising and creative function for our products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group produces creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a start-up environment within a Fortune 50 company with an award-winning brand and culture.

As an Associate Digital Producer , you will be responsible for management of the process and workflow across multiple projects - including project planning and schedule development, facilitating meetings and reviews, creative reviews and approvals, file organization, and ensuring that all projects remain on track.

Most Days You:

• Produce digital advertising creative and display assets.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and produce digital and mobile strategic direction
• Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating site deliverables
• Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, goals, and expectations with team members and stakeholders
• Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones
• Identify and communicate all project risks
• Manage feedback and revision process to ensure quality of final delivery
• Maximize team efficiency and quality through innovative solutions and creative application of resources

You Bring:

• 2- 3 years working at a digital agency or relevant experience
• Competence in managing various projects, including digital display and social programs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to identify, and manage project issues and risks
• Experience with workflow management systems such as Workfront, JIRA
• Mastery with Microsoft tools (DOC, XLS, PPT, Outlook and Teams) and UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, PSD)
• Excellent project management skills, highly organized and ability to multitask effectively
