Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Prepare and maintain treatment areas, sterilizing instruments and equipment Take and develop X-rays (intraoral and panoramic) to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure a clean and organized work environment, following infection control protocols Help manage patient flow and ensure appointments run smoothly Communicate effectively with patients, providing reassurance and support Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies What We’re Looking For: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Experience with dental equipment and procedures, including X-rays Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a dental office Familiarity with dental software and charting is a bonus
