As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Keyer to support our administrative and clinical teams.

Position Summary:

The Data Entry Keyer will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems and platforms. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity of patient records, billing information, scheduling data, and other administrative documents. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with confidential information in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input patient information, treatment notes, billing data, and insurance details into electronic health records (EHR) systems
  

• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into systems
  

• Maintain and update existing records, ensuring data is current and error-free
  

• Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems as needed
  

• Assist in preparing reports and extracting data for administrative and clinical use
  

• Communicate with front office staff, therapists, and billing team to resolve data discrepancies
  

• Follow HIPAA and company privacy policies to maintain the confidentiality of all patient information
  

• Perform general administrative tasks to support office efficiency
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (healthcare setting preferred)
  

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
  

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems is a plus
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  

• Professional and respectful communication skills
  

Work Environment & Schedule:

• May require sitting for extended periods and working with computers daily
