Data Entry Clerk

Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Enter and manage high-volume financial and accounting data with accuracy.
• Review transaction entries and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Audit financial records to maintain compliance with company standards.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Work closely with auditors, consultants, and the Controller’s team on reporting needs.
• Support daily accounting operations and provide administrative assistance as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with general ledger functions and multi-entity business structures.
• Previous experience in retail or multi-state operations preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, regulated cannabis environment.

A Few Things You’ll Need

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state cannabis credentials where applicable.
• Standard office environment with occasional exposure to cannabis plant material.
• Monday–Friday schedule, based in Tempe, AZ (onsite role).
