Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We expect candidates to have one of the following educational backgrounds: a High School Diploma with over 11 years of experience, an Associate’s Degree with at least 9 years, or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. You should possess demonstrated proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel, including skills in dashboard creation, data modeling, and advanced functions such as DAX, pivot tables, and custom formulas. Additionally, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics is essential. A strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and SQL is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should be capable of articulating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences efficiently.

• In this role, you will design, create, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to deliver actionable business insights. You will be responsible for creating and improving ServiceNow reports and dashboards to facilitate IT service management and business operations. Working closely with stakeholders to collect reporting requirements and translating them into effective solutions will be a key part of your job, allowing you to deliver impactful analytics products. You will also analyze data to identify trends and support performance measurement for strategic initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality across various platforms and visualizations. Additionally, you will respond to ad-hoc reporting needs with timely and reliable data solutions and collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate data sources and automate workflows. Your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, during the core hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Preferred qualifications include strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively, demonstrating a proven capacity to provide valuable insights to leadership and decision-makers. Experience in supporting IT service management, business operations analytics, or strategic performance monitoring is advantageous. Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes, particularly within the ServiceNow platform, is also desired. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Furthermore, you should be able to remain stationary for at least 50% of the time and frequently operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods. Occasionally, you will need to move within the office environment to access file cabinets, office machinery, or engage with co-workers, management, and clients.
