Client Support Representative
Location: Hybrid in Kansas City, MO
Pay Rate: $23 - $25 / Hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Addison Group is seeking a Client Support Representative for a growing team within the insurance and client services industry. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys connecting with clients over the phone and through email. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and confident managing a high volume of calls while providing top-tier customer service.
• Deliver prompt and professional customer service to clients via phone and email, handling a high volume of daily inquiries.
• Assist clients in understanding policy details, coverage options, and claims processes.
• Accurately maintain and update client information within internal systems.
• Communicate policy updates and documentation clearly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in virtual and in-person training sessions to strengthen product and process knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field preferred)
•Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required; insurance or call center background strongly preferred
• Strong phone and email communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with experience using customer service and ticketing systems
• Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude
