As we grow, we’re looking for passionate and outgoing Customer Service Representatives to join our outreach team. In this role, you’ll be a voice for change , engaging with the public at live events, educating communities, and building support for causes that matter.

This is not your typical customer service job. You won't be stuck behind a desk or phone. Instead, you’ll be out in the community— at events, activations, and public spaces—interacting directly with people and sharing the mission of the organizations we represent.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Represent advocacy campaigns and nonprofit initiatives at in-person community events

• Deliver impactful, empathetic messaging to educate and engage the public

• Build meaningful connections with community members, supporters, and participants

• Collaborate with outreach teams to ensure campaign success and visibility

• Serve as a professional, positive ambassador for social and community causes

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
