Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound calls about grocery deliveries
Resolve issues such as missing or expired items with empathy and efficiency
Answer general store inquiries, including product availability and restock timelines
Accurately log customer interactions through data entry

Comfort using Google Chrome
Previous customer service experience
