• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with billing and payment questions.
• Process transactions and update account information.
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or billing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to handle a fast-paced office environment.
• Reliable and ready to start right away.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 40 per week.
