About the Role
We are seeking friendly, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Representatives . This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with 100% commission-based pay and unlimited earning potential . In this role, you will assist clients with their needs, provide product solutions, and build lasting relationships—all while working from home with full training and support provided.
Handle inbound inquiries and reach out to prospective clients who have requested information
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing client needs
Present product options and guide clients through the decision-making process
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities
Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in customer service and sales
Contribute to team success while managing your own flexible schedule
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and eager to provide excellent service

Organized with good time management skills
Comfortable with remote work tools (phone, email, virtual meetings)
No prior experience required—training is provided
