You have at least 1 year of experience in customer support, confidently handling inquiries through Zendesk or similar platforms.
You’re fluent in English, meticulous, and tech-savvy — with strong critical thinking skills and sharp attention to detail.
You enjoy solving problems, documenting issues clearly, and navigating technical or subscription-related concerns with ease.
Bonus points if you’re into sports or have prior experience supporting digital content or subscription platforms!

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle customer inquiries and support requests through Zendesk
Assist with technical issues, subscription concerns, and content-related questions
File bugs and communicate findings via Jira
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
Maintain accuracy and quality in documentation and responses

Tech & Tools
Support platform: Zendesk
Bug Tracking: Jira
Admin: Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Bonus: Interest or knowledge in sports and streaming content

Working Hours
Buffer role only, aligned with client’s operational hours
