Job Description

Description

Rightpoint, a Genpact (NYSE: G) company, is where human experience and advanced technology solutions converge to create transformative business outcomes. As a digital experience agency and technology powerhouse, we specialize in translating user insights into scalable, platform-driven solutions. In partnership with leading technology providers, we help organizations accelerate growth through platform innovation and experience-led transformation.

Are you someone who wants to create change in the way business is done? Do you want to work with inspired and like-minded intrapreneurs? Us too! We take our work very seriously, but we have fun doing it. And we’re searching for passionate, talented people to join the Rightpoint team.

Our Commitment to You

No matter who you are, where you come from, who you love, what you believe, or what you get excited about, we bring people together to make phenomenal work. That's what makes us Rightpoint!

We’re looking for experienced Content Leads (Contractor) to support our Content Design team. Our content projects often outpace our internal capacity, and we’re looking for trusted collaborators we can call on for ongoing partnership. If you bring strategic thinking, strong execution, and a passion for digital storytelling, there’s a good chance we’ll keep working together long after the first engagement.

As a Content Lead, you’ll enable highly strategic, organized, and memorable content across digital platforms. You’re a conceptual thinker who can also dig deep into details—aligning complex content ecosystems to client goals and ensuring clarity, consistency, and connection across every touchpoint.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and deliver content strategy for digital experiences such as websites, intranets, knowledge bases, and commerce platforms.
  • Conduct content audits, gap analyses, and migration plans, defining content maps, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into effective, user-centered content strategies.
  • Partner closely with UX and visual design teams to create engaging, accessible, and scalable content experiences.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data teams, and business stakeholders to align on content approach, gain consensus, and deliver measurable results.
  • Use data and analytics to inform recommendations and guide continuous improvement.
  • Identify content types, attributes, and metadata to support structured and reusable content.
  • Develop author training, governance documentation, and other support materials.
  • Stay up to date on emerging tools and technologies in AI-assisted authoring and agentic experiences, including Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.

What we’d love to see:

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, or content management (agency or consulting background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and how content strategy elevates the overall digital experience.
  • Hands-on experience with major content management systems—especially SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, or Sitecore (headless/structured content a plus).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, analytics, and data-informed strategy.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; confident leading conversations with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset and desire to continue learning as tools and technologies evolve.

Contract Details

  • This is a contract-based role, with potential for repeat or extended engagements based on team needs and fit.
  • Remote-friendly; must be available to collaborate with teams and clients in U.S. time zones.
  • Project duration and hours will vary by engagement.
