We are seeking a Superintendent with a strong field background and homeowner-facing experience . This role requires hands-on leadership , a deep understanding of custom home construction , and the ability to train and mentor teams while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:

Extensive field experience in high-end custom home construction.
Strong homeowner-facing communication skills - must be personable and professional.
Background in scheduling, planning, and team training .
Experience managing high-end materials, finishes, and subcontractors .
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, close-knit company culture .
