We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing outreach team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about community engagement, public relations, and brand advocacy . Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience in events, nonprofit work, or PR , this role provides hands-on experience with community programs, partnership building , and event coordination .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs that align with business and social impact goals
• Build and maintain relationships with nonprofits, local organizations, community leaders , and key stakeholders
• Coordinate and support community events, sponsorships , and local initiatives to boost engagement and visibility
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to integrate community efforts into broader business strategies
• Track program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and reporting tools
• Manage communication channels including social media, newsletters, and public announcements
• Serve as a brand ambassador at community events, meetings, and partnership engagements
• Prepare reports and presentations on community outreach performance and opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

• Passion for community engagement, outreach, and social impact
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine relationships
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Interest or background in public relations, marketing, nonprofit, or community development
• Experience in event coordination or outreach is a plus, but not required—training provided
