**Description** SAIC is seeking a **Communications Field Engineer** experienced with Army Aviation and/or Ground radio communications systems for our Aerial Communications and Mission Command System Integration Lab (ACMC SIL) team in **Huntsville, AL.** The ACMC SIL team provides support to the ACMC product office for the purposes of guiding development of systems, testing systems, and supporting integration of these systems on Army Aviation platforms. **Qualifications** **Education Requirements:** + Bachelors degree in relevant field with two (2) years' experience; Additional six (6) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle). **Clearance Requirements:** + Must possess an active Interim Secret security clearance for consideration with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required. **Required Experience/Skills:** + Familiarity with relevant test equipment including spectrum analyzers and Bit Error Rate Testers. + Experience with existing communications systems such as the ARC-231 multiband aviation system and various ground systems such as the PRC-117G, the PRC-158 and the PRC-162. + Experience with ancillary components of these systems is a plus, as well as experience with COMSEC and fill devices such as the Simple Key Loader (SKL) and the Panda. + Ability to travel up to 10% with OCONUS locations as needed.
