Are you ready to grow your career in commercial insurance sales with the support you need to succeed? We're looking for a Commercial Lines Producer to join our team in Harleysville, PA . This is a unique opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of commercial insurance experience who’s ready to take their production skills to the next level—with mentorship, full back-office support, and an environment that rewards growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and develop new commercial lines of business in the local market
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Work with Account Managers who will handle quoting, servicing, and renewals
• Collaborate with carriers to deliver tailored risk solutions
• Represent the agency professionally at networking events and client meetings

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial insurance
• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-driven mindset
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients protect their business

This is an in-house position , with flexibility for field prospecting and client development. You’ll have the tools, team, and support you need to focus on what you do best—building relationships and growing a solid book of business.
