Grow Through Life Counseling

Job Position: Clinical Supervisor and Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) - Full-Time Position (32-40 hours per week). Option for Part time as well 10-32 hours per week.

This position requires majority time onsite. Option for some work from home hybrid options.

At Grow Through Life Counseling, our therapists provide direct outpatient care.

The Duties Include:

• Providing direct care and outpatient care to a caseload of own clients.
• Provide clinical supervisor to associate AMFT, APCC or ASW employees.
• Collaborate with professional, administrative, and support team staff.
• Attending meetings.
• Handling communications.

Responsibilities:

• Case consults as needed.
• Complete own treatment notes.
• Review and sign associate notes.
• Email: communicate with the team in a timely and effective way.
• Respond to non-urgent items within 72 hours or sooner when possible (often).
• Text messages: available via Text from clinical staff (not patients) for emergent matters and respond in a timely way (rarely).

Qualifications Experience:

• Counseling experience for more than 2 years (Required).
• Licensed in CA more than 2+ years.
• Willingness to work with all ages of clients and families.
• Experience with military populations (preferred).
• Team player (required).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Telehealth experience (preferred).
• Prior management experience of pre-licensed and/or licensed clinicians.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail.
• Available as needed for urgent matters.
• Experience as an effective outpatient provider.
• Positive and supportive attitude.
