Role Overview

You will lead clinical and operational activities across an assigned facility or territory, overseeing clinical staff (Assistant Clinical Director, BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Consultants, and Behavior Technicians). Key duties include:

  • Supervising and guiding all clinical staff in daily operations and performance monitoring

  • Overseeing clinical case management: client supervision, staff support, parent training, etc.

  • Managing challenging situations-client, family, or staff concerns-in coordination with administrative teams

  • Ensuring client supervision, caseload, and billable hours align with insurance and organizational policies

  • Facilitating and directing ongoing staff training as needed

  • Conducting client assessments, developing and maintaining treatment plans aligned with organizational guidelines

  • Collaborating with administrative teams to uphold best business practices

  • Managing clinical coverage dynamically-adjusting for absences and team needs

  • Working continuously with the Regional Clinical Director to meet facility/territory needs

  • Monitoring client outcomes: reviewing treatment plans, utilization, supervision records, training progress

  • Upholding HIPAA and agency privacy standards

  • Administering performance evaluations in partnership with HR and leadership

  • Planning caseloads to balance clinical staff workload efficiently

  • Maintaining flexibility in scheduling to support operational and clinical needs across the week

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and LBA licensure (active)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA or working with developmental disabilities

  • Flexible availability and adaptable schedule

  • Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Analytical thinking with sound decision-making

  • Competence in delegating, supervising, and managing resources and budgets

Key Required Skills

  • Leadership & Supervision - oversee diverse clinical teams and operations

  • Clinical Program Design - conduct assessments and create effective treatment plans

  • Operational & Administrative Management - caseload planning, coverage coordination, performance evaluation
